Bringing serenity through biophilic design
Commissioned by Sun Hung Kai Properties, EGOART played a part in the renovation project of East Point City. As a flagship shopping mall located in Tseung Kwan O town centre, it serves as the first large-scale shopping mall in the district. The design maintained balance between aesthetics and functionality in the redevelopment of the atrium, counters, entrances and lavatories.
Deep Roots with Nature
The components of nature were deeply rooted in our designs. From the atrium, the ceiling features are closely connected to the theme and are further carried through the mall corridors, extending to the lavatories.
This gives shoppers a sense of natural serenity while cruising the mall, being in touch with nature.

A modern nest in the city
The new nursery offers a serene escape with a modern palette of neutral colours creating a clean, calming canvas, while warm wood accents and mustard-yellow cushions add a gentle, cheerful energy. The vision lies in the custom bird-shaped lights, symbolising a safe "nest" for little ones to rest and recharge. This space provides an essential haven for care and connection, perfectly tailored to its vibrant, youthful neighbourhood.
